This website www.eticlo.com is owned and run by the Italian company Alba Organic and Ethical Wear srl, VAT n. 04861550269, having its registered office in San Vendemiano (TV), p.zza San Pietro n. 30 (the “Seller”).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all sells from the Seller to buyers agreed trough the e-commerce platform www.eticlo.com (the “Agreements” and each an “Agreement”).

The buyer will be referred to as the “Buyer”.

 

Art. 1: Terms and Conditions acceptance

1.1   By purchasing through the e-commerce at www.eticlo.com, Buyer agrees to the Agreement and declares to have read and fully accepted Terms and Conditions.

 

Art. 2: Confirmation of the Agreement

2.1 Seller sends via e-mail to Buyer the confirmation of the Agreement.

2.2 The above confirmation of the Agreement includes the number of the Agreement (the “Order Number”).

2.3 The above confirmation includes all datas provided by the Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for checking accuracy of such datas and communicating to the Seller any correction needed.

 

Art. 3: Payment

3.1 Buyer can pay by:
– credit card;
– paypal;
– bank transfer.
3.3 In case of payment via bank transfer, the Agreement will be binding for the parties only after full payment by the Buyer.
3.4 In case of payment via bank transfer, the Buyer will write the Order Number as payment description.

 

Art. 4: Returns and refunds

4.1 Buyer can request to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date.

4.2 In case of return, the Buyer notifies the Seller with his intention to return the goods by sending via email the Return Form. After that, the Buyer ships the goods to the Seller within 14 days.
The returned goods have not to be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged; the identification tag has to be attached to the goods with the disposable seal; the products have to be returned in their original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for any value reduction due to manipulation of the goods which was not necessary for checking their characteristics.

4.4 The Seller confirms via e-mail to the Buyer the reception of the Return Form.

 

Art. 5: Return effects

5.1 In case of return according to art. 4.1, the Seller refunds to the Buyer the full amount paid by the Buyer. The Seller has the right to suspend the refund until delivery of the returned goods.

5.2 The refund will occur trough the same payment method used by the Buyer. In case of payment via bank transfer, the Buyer will provide the Seller with its bank details.

 

Art. 6: Shipping costs

6.1 National Shipping costs are free for orders over € 200,00, International shipping will be 15 euros

6.2 For all other orders, the Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

6.3 Shipping costs for goods returned according to artt. 4 and 5, are due by the Buyer.

 

Art. 7: Privacy

7.1 Personal datas required to enter the Agreement are collected and managed by the Seller in order to accomplish with the Agreement.

7.2 Personal datas will be collected and managed by Alba Organic and Ethical Wear S.r.l..

 

Art. 8: Complains

8.1     Any complain will be addressed to Alba Organic and Ethical Wear S.r.l., p.zza San Pietro n. 30, S. Vendemiano (TV), by registered mail.

 

Art. 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction

9.1 Every Agreement is considered as agreed in Italy and submitted to italian laws.

9.2 For any dispute concerning the Agreement, the Court of Treviso will be have exclusive jurisdiction.
